MEET THE FOUNDERS
Two generations. Complementary strengths. Real business experience.
ØSS was founded by mother and daughter Michelle Wilson Stimson and Shaunagh Wilson, two women with different perspectives, complementary strengths and a shared belief that women achieve more when knowledge, opportunities and connections are passed on.
Michelle is the founder and CEO of Yoke Global, a million pound financial services operations company. She has built businesses across finance, creative industries and consumer products, employed and led teams, developed technology and created a company that no longer depends upon her involvement in every decision.
Shaunagh is Chief Operating Officer of Yoke Global. Her expertise lies in operations, processes, technology, client experience and transforming ambitious ideas into practical systems that work consistently.
Michelle challenges what might be possible. Shaunagh considers how to make it happen. Together, they bring commercial experience, operational thinking and two generational perspectives to the conversations taking place within ØSS.
They are not teaching business from a textbook. They are sharing what they have learnt from building, leading, changing direction, making difficult decisions and turning ideas into sustainable businesses.
